This is an fermented food. Made of soybeans ferment in Bacillus natto.

We don’t eat it only that. In many case, We eat it with soysource and Karashi mustard. Or, blend Miso-soup or a raw egg & rice. That taste is little bitter and savoury. And, very highly nutritious meal.

The good news is that, Recently Natto Heardly ever smell than before. You like it?

関西人が納豆嫌いとか言い出した人誰?全然好きです。愛してます納豆。 納豆トーストも美味しいね。新鮮な葱と一緒に食べれば最高。 ところが納豆トースト、弁当箱につめてお昼に食べたらさすがにちょっと臭かったぞ。納豆菌元気出てしまったかな。新鮮な葱と一緒に食べれば美味しいのかもしれないね。
